PeopleGrove

Accessibility Statment

Our Commitment to Accessibility

PeopleGrove is committed to providing a web-based product platform that is usable and inclusive for everyone. We prioritize ensuring that people of all abilities can effectively navigate and interact with our platform.

Designing for Accessibility

Accessibility is integrated into every stage of our platform's development and maintenance. From design through development to ongoing testing and monitoring, it is foundational to everything we do. PeopleGrove, in partnership with Level Access, a recognized industry leader in digital accessibility and conformance, ensures our platform is held to the highest standards and is continuously improved.

Accessibility Standards

PeopleGrove strives to substantially conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized industry standard for digital accessibility. A detailed VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) is available upon request and documents our platform's current conformance status.

As the regulatory landscape continues to evolve — including the U.S. Department of Justice's 2026 update to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act formally adopting WCAG 2.1 Level AA — PeopleGrove remains committed to staying ahead and providing an inclusive experience for all users.

Partnership in Practice

How We Approach Accessibility

Level Access brings industry-leading expertise in digital accessibility auditing, assistive technology testing, and remediation guidance. Working alongside their team, PeopleGrove follows a rigorous, ongoing process to identify and resolve accessibility barriers across our product lines.

Ongoing Testing & Audits

PeopleGrove undergoes regular accessibility audits conducted by Level Access experts using a combination of automated scanning, manual code review, and assistive technology testing — including screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and voice control tools. This ensures testing reflects real-world usage, not just checkbox compliance.

Structured Remediation

When issues are identified, they are prioritized by impact and addressed through our engineering team's structured remediation process. Critical barriers are resolved on an accelerated timeline; all findings are tracked to resolution. We don't just find issues, we fix them.

VPAT/Accessibility Conformance Reports

PeopleGrove maintains an up-to-date Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), which documents our conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 requirements. This report is available to current and prospective customers upon request — particularly useful for procurement, IT, and legal review teams.

Continuous Improvement Roadmap

Accessibility is a journey, not a destination. Our work with Level Access informs a rolling accessibility roadmap, ensuring that new features and product updates are evaluated for accessibility before they ship, and that we're always moving toward a more inclusive experience.

Accessibility

Compliance Areas

Section 508

PeopleGrove's products meet the requirements of Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act of 1973, ensuring people with disabilities can fully access technology across our platform.

ADA

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) protects the right of individuals with disabilities to access products and services free from discrimination. PeopleGrove's platform is built to meet ADA requirements for all users.

VPAT

We have completed a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) documenting our conformance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA requirements. Available to customers and procurement teams upon request.

WCAG 2.2 AA

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the W3C, set the international standard for accessible web content. PeopleGrove targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance and works with Level Access to audit and remediate our platform on an ongoing basis.

Our Accessibility Roadmaps

Accessibility is an ongoing investment, not a one-time effort. PeopleGrove maintains active remediation plans to identify, prioritize, and resolve accessibility gaps across our products — with proactive testing before features ship, rapid remediation when issues are identified, and full transparency with our customers. In partnership with Level Access, we track findings by user impact and keep our Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT) up to date.

Remediation plans are available to current customers via our secure portal. Have questions or feedback? Email us at: [email protected].

Our Commitment & Level Access Partnership

At PeopleGrove, accessibility isn't an afterthought — it's a product requirement. We believe every user of our technology deserves a platform that works for them, regardless of ability or how they access the web.

That's why we've partnered with Level Access, a leading digital accessibility firm, to continuously test, evaluate, and remediate our platform against WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards — the benchmark for inclusive digital experiences and the standard increasingly required by higher education institutions and federal compliance frameworks.
