The situation
Prior to using CORE’s software, our program was greatly dependent on paper to track and store all information related to students and clinical experiences. Because of this, we experienced a lot of disorganization and clutter, so CORE’s electronic format was a great solution.
Tracking student requirements and clinical placements are much easier to monitor thanks to CORE. We have also found that storing, updating, and managing clinical contact information is easier because of this great software system. The IU Clinical Education Team loves using the SmartMatch process which not only saves time but prevents a lot of stress.

The solution
Although there have been a lot of changes with our Client Success Specialists, each new representative is great to work with and answers questions in a timely manner, sometimes helping us at the drop of a hat.
We appreciate the prompt customer service provided by the team at CORE and have strongly encouraged others considering partnering with CORE to make the change. So much, that our Physical Therapy program is now in the onboarding process to utilize the CORE system.
