Expert Guidance for Pharmacy Program Partners

Once a month, we host Pharmacy Program Office Hours—45-minute sessions designed exclusively for our pharmacy program partners. Each session is led by Dustin Maines, Senior Vice President and Solutions Architect, and offers a chance to connect with CORE experts and fellow super users. Together, you can ask general questions, share best practices, and explore thoughtful ways to use CORE more effectively.

Each monthly session is listed below, and you can click on any date to download a calendar invite and add it directly to your schedule.

How Office Hours Fit into Your CORE Support

To help set expectations, office hours are intended for high-level guidance and shared learning. They’re not meant to replace one-on-one time with your Customer Success Manager, troubleshoot questions submitted through in-product support, or include screensharing, as there’s a risk of displaying confidential information. Your CSM and support channels remain the best place for account-specific or technical needs.

The meeting link remains the same for each session, so we encourage you to save the dates that work best for you directly to your calendar for easy access.
