360 Degrees of Support with Wellesley

Jen Pollard, Executive Director and Associate Provost for Career Education at Wellesley College, joined us to discuss how her team is providing “360 Degrees of Support.” She also provides some insight into the new Mentorship Affinity Pods they’ve created and how they are providing mentorship for students, young alumni, and later career alumni.
