Why Career Services is Everybody’s Business with University of Miami

No career path is truly linear.

In this first edition of the Stories from the Grove series, Christian Garcia and Keashla Marengo joined us to talk about Cane2Cane and how they are making “Career Services Everybody’s Business.” We started by discussing the Toppel Career Center’s strategic plan and why a career mentorship program became a foundational pillar of their strategy. We then chatted about the different programs that Toppel manages through their PeopleGrove platform and their impact on students and alumni.
