For the first time in history, there are five different generations in the workplace. And that has a lot of implications for students looking to enter the workforce for the very first time – and alumni navigating their careers.
Join us on Tuesday, February 14th at 1pm ET/10am PT to hear from New York Times bestselling author and Career & Workplace Expert Lindsey Pollak.
Lindsey will examine today’s workforce and detail what students and alumni need to be doing to succeed. We’ll also discuss how the multigenerational nature of the workforce changes what skills and competencies learners should focus on. You’ll take away valuable insights for your own work with students and alumni at every stage in their career.
The author of four career advice books, Lindsey Pollak’s latest title is Recalculating: Navigate Your Career Through the Changing World of Work. This book offers learners lessons on how they can effectively thrive amidst the variety of changes to our working lives accelerated by Covid-19. Lindsey is also an expert in multigenerational workforces and teaches a LinkedIn Learning class on the topic, as well as a course on Organization Awareness.
As always, the event will be recorded and sent to all registrants so make sure you register, even if you can’t join live. Those who do join live will have the chance to win a free copy of Lindsey’s book!
Hope to see you on the 14th!
