What plan is best for my Institution?
Our plans both offer completely functional solutions. We do not offer stripped down, loss-leader options (save that for the used car lot). When we meet with your team, we discuss your goals and choose the plan that works best for you.
How does billing work?
University partners aren’t fond of variable pricing and surprises. We honor this by offering completely transparent pricing that shows what you will pay for first year and the years to follow. Our base pricing is calculated by your total enrolled students and a percentage of your contactable alumni. Depending on how large your community grows, our pricing remains transparent and fair. Our university partnerships team will share pricing tiers with you in the proposal process.
What human resources are required to run PeopleGrove?
We built PeopleGrove to be administered with minimal resources. Very little day-to-day management of PeopleGrove is required. After we import your data, our Network Builder handles all of your invite and adoption messaging for you. This leaves time for your team to evangelize PeopleGrove across campus - from the classroom, campus events, alumni gatherings, job fairs, etc. We even offer year-round marketing campaigns that you can easily customize to help with this evangelist work.
Is PeopleGrove secure?
PeopleGrove is a SOC 2® Type 2 certified company. As verified by external auditors, we require secure connections for all users (HTTPS TLS 1.2) and encrypt all data at rest. We follow application security best practices. PeopleGrove hosts all data with the leading cloud providers (Amazon and Google), all of which have secure SSAE 16 audited data centers. Unless by request, we exclusively host data in the United States. We also work with third-party security services and network scanning tools to reduce vulnerabilities and security threats to your data. What resources does PeopleGrove offer me after sale?
PeopleGrove is not a self-service software model. We are a hands-on team of over 100 people who walk hand in hand with our university partners year round. It starts with a data and implementation team who deploy your platform and import (or integrate) your student, alumni, staff, and friends of the university. Usually this comes from a CRM integration of some kind. Once live, our Customer Success team is your main contact for strategy and goal progress. Our awarded technical support team is available to help your admins and users with anything they need (average response time is under 1hr). There are many other benefits including content creation, invitation campaigns, messaging templates, and year round marketing campaigns that ensure success.
