Our team works hard behind the scenes to keep your student and alumni data safe, secure, and private. We take this responsibility very seriously – like, SOC 2® seriously.

Keeping All Data Safe & Secure

PeopleGrove is a SOC 2® certified company. As verified by external auditors, we require secure connections for all users (HTTPS TLS 1.2) and encrypt all data at rest. We follow application security best practices. PeopleGrove hosts all data with the leading cloud
providers (Amazon and Google), all of which have secure SSAE 16 audited data centers. Unless by request, we exclusively host data in the United States. We also work with third-party security services and network scanning tools to reduce vulnerabilities and security threats to your data.

When information is entered, we encrypt the transmission of that data using industry-standard encryption. We believe the best way to achieve security is to build all systems and processes with security in mind and to leverage all the modern tools and technology at our fingertips.
